Your AI. Your servers. Your data.
Dialora AI can run its model on your own GPU, so sensitive conversations stay in-house. Here is exactly what we protect, and how.
Trust pillars
Can run on your own servers
The language model can run on your GPU, installed with our help as a design-partner deployment. Prompts, transcripts and embeddings then stay on your infrastructure.
Scoped keys, roles and two-step sign-in
API keys carry scopes, can expire, and record when they were last used. Four workspace roles keep access least-privilege. Any account can add a code from an authenticator app at sign-in, and an owner can require it for the whole workspace.
No third-party training
Your conversations are never used to train external models. Private inference means zero data sharing by default.
Full audit trail, and a gate that fails closed
Every call, consent capture and refusal is logged and exportable. If a compliance check cannot run, the call does not go out.
Nothing leaves your infrastructure
Most AI platforms send every prompt to a third-party API. Dialora can run the model on your GPU instead, and a workspace set to private never falls back to a hosted model.
- Data residency on your own hardware
- Encrypted transport (TLS) end-to-end
- Per-workspace private-inference policy, enforced fail-closed
- Exportable audit logs
- Configurable data-retention windows, purged on a schedule
- Role-based access control
- Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app, which an owner can require for the workspace

Healthcare, banking and legal teams ask one question first in procurement: where does our data go? With private inference the answer is a server you own.
Compliance, built in
The specific controls we enforce on every outbound call. Your counsel decides what else your programme needs.
Do-Not-Call suppression
Blocked before dialing, including numbers where the customer opted out during a call, and honoured even when other compliance settings are relaxed.
Calling windows on the recipient's clock
Resolved from the number being dialled, not your office hours. India has a 10:00 to 21:00 floor you can narrow and cannot widen.
Consent ledger and mandatory disclosure
Consent stored with the lifetimes the rules specify: 30 minutes transactional, 7 days on an explicit transaction, 90 days cooling-off. The spoken AI disclosure runs in 11 languages and there is no setting that turns it off.
