Talk to an agent. Watch what happens around it.
Pick a business and a language, then chat. The left panel is a real agent on the demo engine; the right column shows how the same agent opens a phone call and what a lead record and the automations would do as you talk.
How the same agent works on a call
First words on a recorded call · English
“This is an automated call from an AI assistant. This call may be recorded.”
The disclosure is always spoken and cannot be switched off; a workspace can shorten its wording per language. When recording is off the second sentence is left out.
The call connects
Over Twilio, or over your own SIP trunk through Asterisk. The same agent answers either way.
Speech becomes text as the caller talks
The caller's words are transcribed live; the agent replies with the voice engine your workspace chose.
Same knowledge, same tools
Each turn retrieves from the same knowledge base this chat uses and may run the same HTTP or MCP tools.
Barge-in
The caller can talk over the agent; it stops and listens.
A call can end in
- Appointment booked
- Callback requested, saved for your team
- Caller asks for a person: offered a callback; a specialist agent can take over mid-call
- Summary, sentiment and extracted fields logged; your team sets the disposition
Lead record & automations
Illustrative · sample data; nothing is storedLead record
0 of 0 fields filled
This demo agent defines no extraction fields, so a default set is shown; you choose the fields per agent.
Automation
simulated · what connected integrations do
- Events appear here as the conversation gives the agent something to act on.
Run it on your site
One script tag. Your agent, your knowledge, your language.
The widget is this chat on your own pages, with your agent, its knowledge base and the integrations you connect. Phone calls use the same agent over Twilio or your SIP trunk.
